Payment

Original Vibe Intérieur accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. Payment will be deducted from the buyer's account when the order is placed. All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:Denmark - Kroner (DKK)

Original Vibe Intérieur uses a secure server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means that your data is safe and cannot be read by other outsiders.

Original Vibe Intérieur’s website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is usually 1-5 business days.

Original Vibe Intérieur ships to addresses in Denmark with GLS. The buyer can choose either to have the package delivered to a parcel shop or to a home address. The buyer will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to the chosen address or parcel shop.

Original Vibe Intérieur ship goods to selected EU countries with GLS to the parcel service.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14 day full return policy on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered. Original Vibe Intérieur will instruct the return shipment and bear the return costs.

Wishes for withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 after delivery, and the goods must be received by us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the goods on return: as the buyer, you are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you must handle the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase price back. It is up to Original Vibe Intérieur to assess the condition of the goods.

Right of complaint

There are 2 years warranty according to the purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.

Customer Privacy Policy

In order for you as a buyer to enter into an agreement with Original Vibe Intérieur, we need the following information: . name . address . telephone number . email address.

We only register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what data is being collected and why.

We do not store or transmit customer information in encrypted form. We do not resell personal information and do not disclose the buyer's personal information to others. The information is only recorded in our customer database. The buyer can have his information deleted at any time.

As a registered user of Original Vibe Intérieur, the buyer always has the right to object to the registration. The buyer also has the right to inspect what information has been registered.
